I recommend reviewing the Resolution Center on your account for details about the limitation and steps you'd need to complete to work towards resolving the limitation.    There is a fee to receive money for the sale of an item or service. Hi @SITC_Flip,    Great question!    PayPal notifications are always sent to the primary email address registered to the PayPal account. If you'd like your notifications sent to a different email address, you would need to add a new email address and set it as the primary email address. I'm sorry to hear of the trouble accepting a payment.    Since you're being asked to Accept the payment, it sounds like this is the first time you've received a payment via PayPal. In order to receive a payment, you'd need to link a bank to transfer the money. Hi @henderwing,    Welcome to the PayPal Community!    I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles sending a payment in the Nintendo eShop. There are several reasons you could be experiencing troubles. The Nintendo eShop usually processes payments using a billing agreement. A billing agreement requires an instant form of payment like a credit or debit card. If you're using a linked bank account, you will more than likely receive an error. If you are using a card and still receiving an error, the card issue could be declining the transaction from completing.
