Hi Official_Clyde,   Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.   There are different fees for debit card withdrawals and these depend on which country you are living. Can you try lowing the picture quality on the device you are using or try using a different browser? If this fails you can always fax the information. Hi Katiejones1718,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   If you received three payments then they should be available to view in your balance. Have you made any purchases through PayPal around the time or after you received the payments? If so we would use your balance to fund these transactions.   For example. If you receive £10.00 this would appear in your PayPal balance. Later on if you then make a Payment for £25.00 we would use the £10.00 balance to fund the transaction and take the ramaining £15.00 from your funding source. Have you checked your transaction history? Hi Jo67,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   If you would like to upgrade your account type to Premier please click the Contact Us link at the bottom of your PayPal account.
