Hi CyberoptikD,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   I'm afraid it is not possible to add virtual bank accounts such as Payoneer to your PayPal account. Hi Burrito,   Wecome to the PayPal Community!   This would not be normal procedure and we would not request you to send some money before receiving your payment.   If the buyer wants to pay you via PayPal you simply provide them with your email address that is registered to your account. Once you receive the payment you will see this in your PayPal balance. Never ship any items until you see the payment in your account.   I hope this helps! -David ... View more

Hi Kaatelees   Wecome to the PayPal Community Forum. I am sorry you were provided with a specific date that it would clear however adding funds generally take between 5-7 working days so we do not include weekends. For example if you added the funds on the 8th you would be looking at no later than the 18th for this to clear.   Hope this helps, -David ... View more

Hi loulla88,   Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.  Is it possible you may have more than one PayPal account and the funds are just in a different account?  From my experience some users may have set up two accounts on different email addresses.  If this is not the case please contact us though the Contact Us tab on your PayPal account and we can assist you with tracing the money.   Hope this helps, -David ... Hi Holly21,   Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.  Once you escalate the dispute to a claim we allow the seller 11 days to respond.  Should the seller not respond in that timeframe the case is closed and you are issued a refund.  Should the seller respond we will then review the case and try have it resolved within 30 days.  In the meantime I would ask that you monitor your emails regularly should we require further information or provide you with any updates.   If you have any further questions you can contact us directly through the Contact Us link on your PayPal account.   Hope this helps, -David ...
