Sadly I have seen information somewhere on this forum that PayPal has officially 30 days = one billing cycle as time give to resolve such situations such as refunds from sellers etc. I suppose it´s working days and so far none of us from CZ has reached the point when it would pass this period.   It´s all still huge mystery to me and I can´t wrap my head about about how is all of this possible to leave it this long. Hi Terka, I must say KB was very very unhelpful in my case, they keep repeating same thing as PayPal does and as a bonus they don´t want to give me any kind of proof about PayPal payment return basically they tell me " help yourself" and I´m very tired of explaining it over and over again to support 😞   The only message I have for CZ residents with this problem meanwhile problem gets solved to get money out of your PayPal - please use different bank for next withdrawal, I tested it with my moms account at Ceska sporitelna, Reiffeisen bank works too, it went smooth in one day. what I find really weird is KB was able to trace your transaction and make a statement about it getting sent back to their paypal account I didn´t make it this far, I´ve been told very broad information how it might happen with incomplete bank account numbers and information that KB is not storing any unclaimed funds. It would make situation so much easier  to them if there was statement about temporary blackout of service in Cz that might occur in other countries. It´s just nothing but calling for help. We know you have no ability to find our funds of this " technical fail" as forum advisor. But there seems to be no real solution written to such cases as I´ve been trying to research earlier. It´s growing into very major problem that should be solved with more urgency. Actually Hoxley is the one who is missing funds for the longest time as I´ve noticed so I understand his despair.. and it does not show a lot hope to others either.   do you have experience how long  approximately this might take? ... pretty obvious it´s least comfortable way to receive any help but take it as an act of pure despair as some people including me receive their monthly income only through PayPal and bills has to be paid. yeah that´s the fact I don´t understand at all at least statement / warning to czech citizens would do I tried to update my case with customer service chat today as bank has told me to demand to know the details of transaction again and there is radio silence ( usually they reply within one hour).     ...
