hello all, just wanted to say the first batch of payment appeared on my Paypal ( finally) I tried couple things last week and here is the results with some info I gathered: Paypal help line - I got the information agents have no abilities to look after your case closely ( that´s why their answers are too broad / vague lacking any further informations about the progress of thie issue solution) they automatically throw the issue to technical department. Sadly there is no way how you can contact technical department directly( submitting claim on website doesn´t work well either) Komercni banka was not any great help either but their attitude has changed once I mentioned some people seriously got more help on the case ( even from mbank, read that on fotobank forum) - now they responded the case is going through the review ( finally after month and half at the date when I received the money). I think it might help you to ask paypal assistant for transcation info ( case ref.ID, trans ID) and hand it to the bank because that´s actual proof your money were moving somewhere. I just wanted to say nothing changed for me, same copy paste answers, 35 days of missing money and nobody truly cares. I feel rather like I´m begging for my own money. So for newcomers - this hell doesn´t end after 30 working days:) as I know there are people waiting for 60th day soon and nothing as well so you can get whole picture.   I just can´t wrap my head around  how some people randomly got their money back with such ease?!     ... same : tommorow is 30th working day since my money disappeared and I can confirm nothing on my account .. I´m about to reach out tommorow but I´m seriously very tired of this.   I find it incredibly unfair some people received their money back exactly a month past their lost withdrawal but I can´t tell that so. ... Good news anyone? it´s been a month exactly and no money for me. Contacted Paypal customer support again and same stuff again.. even if I bring up the fact so many people even with close date to mine are getting money back 😕 ... View more

I think you will not receive money earlier than 30 working days. Look at these cases of people who got their funds back almost a week ago, these were cases from end of sept/start of october. So I doubt anyone is getting funds any sooner… unless you are waiting this long. I think it’s just system holding these funds that will automatically send them back after. Sorry, I know itsbad news for some to wait even longer but there is nothing you can do. I miss mine for 29th day and I will let ya know if they come next week( do I was right) ... View more

hi, it seems like this is very common lately and sadly there is no clear advice it seems like PayPal has huge issues with withdrawals in EU ( I am personally missing my funds for almost a month) since end of September and so many people face the same ( it might be missing prefix of bank account number) , I think you can contact your bank if they can see any kind of activity / funds coming to your account or are able to trace, you have to contact PayPal customer support as well so they do the same...   p.s. - 30 days is not rare but new norm it seems...   ... yes but people who received funds right now are missing them for more than a month (like there was an example of payment sent on 6.10.) and it´s only a few cases so far. PayPal stated it in their conditions that funds can be returned after one billing cycle which is 30 working days which is sad but it makes sense when you exclude weekends. That´s my theory when majority of people MIGHT receive funds back. But yeah it´s all super random as communicating with banks who are no help. (p.s. bank customer service representative told me it takes only 3 working days for bank to return any kind of payment that´s unclaimed for sender)   doesn´t make any excuse for PayPal of course 😕 ... It was the only one person so far who got the luck to get official statement from their bank. One of whole bunch of affected people.     It seems like PayPal refuse to help you out unless the bank will give you the statement of returned payment to sender. It looks like 90% of affected folks don´t even get the chance to receive it so because majority is Komercni banka users. Some KB  representatives would tell you they can´t locate the payment and you have to contact only PayPal so it´s very complicated situation where it looks like help comes from very random cases.   Very sad 😞   ... Hi all, I was wondering if any of you has some  ( possibly good ) news to share. Last night I received " one time courtesy for missing withdrawal" in worth of one of my "test" missing withdrawals in amount of 8 EUR from PayPal itself. Customer support said this has been sent to cover some chargebacks I might to pay for when I receive my payments back. Does anyone experience the same? I´m still pretty confused. ... View more

  Just providing some info statement from Komercni banka based on written / helpline communication. Sorry for my messy translation. It´s useless to repeat that tale about missing prefix, everyone reading the whole thread will understand when prefix is missing then bank account number will appear as nonexistent and bank system will automatically send funds back to it´s sender they appear to have unknown recipient. - PayPal is not a bank institution and it has it´s own private partnership with banks providing withdrawal to its clients - Banks are not responsible for any kind of loss / incomplete commands coming from PayPal side. - Banks as a receiver of a transaction is unable to affect or trace any kind of funds coming from PayPal, they only receive funds! - Komercni banka has not been contacted by PayPal yet This is in PayPal conditions about withdrawals which is kinda important to know for defense : "We automatically cancel pending or unclaimed payments after 30 days and send the money back to the original payment method. Refunds to bank accounts may take up to 5 business days, while refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days."  mBank info anyone?
