hey everyone, I spent quite a long while browsing this forum, reddit and other forums to see if there is any solution to this problem so at least I can hold some hope.   so my observation says that Paypal seems to ocassionally deal with this issue from time to time ( from what I see from reported posts from like 2015/16/19/ early 23) But what I found super weird there was no solution written or some people received funds after 2/3 months which is truly horrible from such reputable service as PayPal is. One of people who got money bank advised to contact a bank / paypal on daily basis to get access to someone who is willing to escalate your claim.   You know everyone understand that technical issues might occur ( that´s what customer kept repeating to me over phone) but there is a clear border between temporary service blackout and what is happening right now. hi, did you get your money ? it seems like they have withdrawal issues in Europe ( especially in my country - Czech republic) I got my money lost since 19th October and since then I am intensively calling/ contacting Paypal and my money is nowhere.       ... View more

I called them but without any specific answer again. They reported my issue again and apologized it´s Czech republic that has been affected with failed all withdrawals since 10-19Oct and it´s technical issue. This is the info we all know about and it´s nothing new I guess but at least it felt like real help apart from their web customer service. Crossing fingers for us all. ... View more

my experience is sadly like with others, I´ve tried to reach out if there is a progress and there is the same automatic answer how they are hard working on issue but right now I can´t even hear about a single case being solved  😞 I want to call them later or tommorow because being constantly brushed off because they are not treating our issue urgently is really not my thing ( as being active user over 10years) ... Yeah KB hasn´t responded to me yet about it when I attached my payment info and all so I don´t even know the information SEPA tracking code as all they need. I´ve been researching this issue all over internet and I never found any solution 😞 a friend of mine said this happened to him years ago ( not cz) and that it took 2 weeks to get  these money back. I´m also having the feeling these money are falling into black hole, I get my full income via Paypal and I don´t have any other method on hand so I´d say I´m in huge emergency as well as I pay everything with my account 😞 I don´t really know what else can we do. I have the same type of progress as Jan here, they only asked me to provide bank statement from certain date. It’s shocking to me this takes so long as I found another person online with funds on hold since start of the month - I mean how do you not fix the problem for whole country in 3+ weeks?! In my case the last withdrawal that went through was 5th of Oct. Glad to know they are trying to help somewhere at least, did you have to provide anything to get this far or did you call them for speedy communication? p.s. I mentioned the problem to customer service agent about acknowledging how many people seem to have this issue in CZ to have a look and they said something like “ we haven’t heard about any problem in CZ” 😵‍💫😤 ... hello, according to your name I guess you are in Czechia too. I´ve already heard about 2 other same cases from Czechia about this problem. I have exactly the same problem and I´ve been trying to contact support and they are trying to trace the funds.. but no luck yet, its been a week since my funds has been transfered. ... View more

Seriously it´s copy paste experience to me - never had a single issue for 10 years. I did too actually through message center and there was a reply to wait until the weekend.  I´ve looked up at my history of transactions and my latest withdrawal was on 4th of oct and it went through without any problems in a day.
