The last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account did not go to my bank account.

Hi, I'm new on the forum, although I've been using PayPal for 13 years. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but my last 4 withdrawals from my PayPal account didn't go to my bank account. Although I received confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through. The oldest withdraw was on October 11, i.e. 14 days ago. I called to the bank and they assured me that the problem must be on the side of PayPal or the payment gateway. I tried to solve it on PayPal through the "resolution center", but there they wrote to me without any explanation that it was not an unauthorized transaction and that the case is closed... I have no idea what to do. The money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't reach my to bank account...

Yeah KB hasn´t responded to me yet about it when I attached my payment info and all so I don´t even know the information SEPA tracking code as all they need.

I´ve been researching this issue all over internet and I never found any solution 😞 a friend of mine said this happened to him years ago ( not cz) and that it took 2 weeks to get  these money back.

I´m also having the feeling these money are falling into black hole, I get my full income via Paypal and I don´t have any other method on hand so I´d say I´m in huge emergency as well as I pay everything with my account 😞 I don´t really know what else can we do. Have you tried to call them?

Ahojte.

 

Some movement today. Paypal representative said, that because of some big bank (czech) updates, paypal money doesnt go smoothly to our accounts. Money still pending somewhere. They asked me to be patient, they solving it. So, i hope we can see our money soon. May be, this problem has something to do with new service- pay to mobile  ??? (CZ banks will start this service next month... so they really did some changes on acounts for sure...) .

Hi everybody, I have the same problem. I transferred the money on 26/10, still nothing in my account (KB, Czech Republic). It always took 2 business days max. My bank told me that PayPal has issues and that I am not the only one. And that I need to provide the official confirmation about the payment, otherwise they can´t help me. This is very frustrating, it is not a small amount. Thanks a lot for this thread and please keep us posted. I hope this will be resolved soon.

Hello, I see we all have the same problem. I also made 2 withdrawals from my Paypal account (1 withdrawal on 17.10.2023 and 2 withdrawal on 24.10.2023) and the money still hasn't arrived in my bank account.

Me again, I have finally reached someone on their hotline, they told me, that they can see the transfer as "completed", but they can´t escalate the issue until 7 days after making the transfer. They told me to be patient and call again after 7 days if I still don´t have the money.

They can open a trace after 7 days after the transaction, they did I my case almost 14 days ago but it seems useless, still no update since then, they just say "there is no response from your bank yet".

Hi, today, again message from PAYAPAL. I wanted reference nr. quite emphatically.  "Kindly note Sir that the matter is escalated and is being reviewed by the relevant department and please rest assured that you will be notified via email with the reference number in the soonest delays."
Still dont understand, what is the problem to give us  number. Also, all of us gave them bank statements, where is clearly stated, that we havent received anything. Why PPal havent refunded us money back to ppal account is kind of mystery. PPal knows very well, that there is a problem on (ppal /bank / SEPA gateway),  but its really NOT OUR BUSSINESS... we want our money.

my experience is sadly like with others, I´ve tried to reach out if there is a progress and there is the same automatic answer how they are hard working on issue but right now I can´t even hear about a single case being solved  😞 I want to call them later or tommorow because being constantly brushed off because they are not treating our issue urgently is really not my thing ( as being active user over 10years)

I wrote to Paypal yesterday about the Refund number and still no response. Paypal has already started deleting my posts on my profile. So they are aware of the problem.
