1. Ask your seller if they will wait for payment as paypal are just investigating a prior paymnet. If they refuse ask if they will agree to a mutually agreed cancellation.   2. Yep scam, paypal, or any bank would never ask you for account details via a link in an email.   also paypal will email you by name and mostly these emails have "dear member" or similar.   The scammers are out to hijack your account, I get similar ones from various banks, some I don't even have accounts with...LOL  ... check the email address you have with ebay in the payments box on the listing is the same as one you have registered with paypal. ... View more

Contact paypal, they do have a phone number and ask to appeal the case and asked why they did a chargeback.   Also contact the buyer and if they got their money and goods they should be happy to pay you again.     ... View more

if you are intending to sell then you can't withdraw funds from your paypal account to your bank account without adding a bank account as that is the only way to get your dosh. ... View more
