Hi - You can either sign-up for PayPal Virtual Terminal (there is a monthly fee for this).  Or if you have a smart phone you can download the PayPal Here application for free.  Either product allows you to key in credit cards.   Cheers, Kristen ... View more

Hi - The auto-numbering is based on the highest number you have entered into the invoice number field. There is currently no way to reset this number. To use lower numbering, your only option today is to manually enter a number each time. I know that is not convenient.   We will definitely add this issue to our list of fixes we are prioritizing.  If others have this concern as well please continue to voice it, since your feedback helps us to prioritize our updates. ... Hi -   If your customer has a PayPal account, then it will show up in their language.  If they do not have a PayPal account then the invoice will show in the language of your PayPal account.  If you would like to send the invoice in English, you need to set up the language of your account to be English.   We recognize that it would be much more convenient just to specify the language of the invoice when creating it. To send an invoice log into your PayPal account and click the "Request Money" tab.  Then select "Create Invoice".  The rest will hopefully be straightforward.   Once you recieve payment it's safe to send.  There is one exception, there is a type of payment called eCheck which takes a few days for the money to transfer. These are rare, but it's best to check the payment to ensure that it says 'paid' and not 'pending'.     ... View more
