Are you using the PayPal invoicing tool or do you have buttons on your website?  If you are using the invoicing tool, then there is a page called "invoice management" where you can view and search by invoice numbers.  To get their, click the request money tab.   Regards, Kristen ... View more

Hi -   The date field is an optional field that is used especially by services to show the date work was completed.  You can just skip over it as you have been doing.    Sorry to hear that it has been causing frustration.  I agree that you should have the option to hide it.  Great idea - we will be working on this soon. I will also look into supressing the calendar from popping up automatically.   Cheers, Kristen (Lead Product Manager for Invoicing) ... Hi -  Sorry about your frustrating experience.    We are aware of this issue and working on getting the invoice shipping and tax information into the PayPal reports.  In the meantime you can go to the invoice management page (reached by clicking "request money") and download all invoice details into an excel spreadsheet.  From this report you can see shipping and tax amounts for all paid invoices.   Kristen ... That message usually results when your payment button passes an invoice number that already exists for your account in PayPal.  So I would check the following:   - Is your payment button always passing the same invoice number - Did you recently change your account settings to require unique invoice numbers?   Hope this helps. ... Hi - Just a suggestion.  You could edit the email address to be one of your email addresses (if you have more than one.)  Then send it and cancel it.  That way at least you will be the one to get the cancellation.  You could also click the 'archive' box on the invoice management page to hide it from view.   The delete invoice feature is on our list of future features.
