Hi @EVK2021  hope you are doing well and safe! I understand your concern about unauthorized transaction.  If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorize, let us know right away. To report an unauthorized transaction: Go to your Resolution Center. Click Report a Problem. Use the filters to find the transaction or select it if it appears right away. Click Continue. Click I want to report unauthorized activity. Follow the instructions. Remember, you’re protected against unauthorized transactions sent from your account. Hi Stevevsworld , I understand that these types of messages can be confusing, however, this message looks like a spoof message. Please log in to your PayPal account and check if you have notifications related to this transaction/limitations in your account? Please check if you received any email/text from us with the same information? If don't find this information in your account, I recommend you report SPAM SMS messages, forward the messages to ‘7726’ (which is the keys for SPAM on most phones).  I hope the above information provided was helpful.
