If you had setup the subscription before creating the account it would be as Guest payment. Please try contacting our support team and we will be able to help you cancel the subscription. Hi, @Eslam007  Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community!  I'm sorry to know that you are unable to make payment. You may face this issue if your card issuer is blocking it on their end or if there is a risk you may not be able to make the payment.  Our security system checks every transaction to make sure they are risk free. If we find that the transaction is not completely secure our security system will stop it from processing. This will not affect every transaction on your account. I face the same problem too. And I asked iherb to explain the situation. They replied that now I can only use the same currency to settle the bill in the same location, such as using HKD to settle the bill using the HK iherb account and the shipping destination should also be HK. Otherwise, the paypal user can only choose HKD to settle the bill in iherb, while the paypal balance will then convert from the primary currency such as USD to HKD in settling the bill.
