Hi @CdnFlyersFan   You may want to refer to this link on our website : https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-receive-money-or-get-paid-via-paypal-faq1750   Just remember there are associated fees for cross border transfers. You may want to discuss this with your employer.    Finally, if you will get paid in a currency other than Canadian Dollars, you may also want to setup your account to be able to maintain balances in different currencies. Hi @Tinman828   Here is another option for you.    Click Help at the top of the page. Click Message Center. You must log in to your account to make the request since that is more secure. Please be sure to include all the details of the account type change in your email. We will contact you once the account type is changed. Hi @Helen5507   You can relax. You can ask Google if emails are case sensitive and here. Is what I got   An email address can start with a capital letter or include capitals anywhere in the address. If you happen to capitalize your email address, or your autocorrect simply messes up, fear not. You will be fine! Hi @Chris3180   Great question!   I sense you want keep a PayPal account using your email address. Its also possible that you would like access to your old transactions.    You have a couple of options. First you may want to check settings if  there is an option to downgrade. It's my understanding that you can change the account only one time.    Your second option is to create a new personal account. In order to use your existing  email for that is to remove it from your business account. What you can do is add replacement email address to your business account, set this as primary and then remove your present email address.    When you remove your email address then you can use it to create a new personal account.
