Hello, did Paypal release your Money? They restricted my money since August 2022 for 180 days. It's now about 8months later and they have not directed me on how to get it back. I can't withdraw the money despite the 180 days period being over. Morning. Yes!!! Our bookkeeper worked out that if we ‘downgraded’ our account back to a normal, personal one we could then move the money. Once we did that it literally took a quick phone call and a few clicks and we had the money. You might be able to work out where you click to ‘downgrade’ but if not let me know and I’ll ask my husband (he actually did it).bee couldn’t believe nobody suggested it. Good luck. ... View more

This happened to me to.  My aunt got me $200 in Amex gift cards for Christmas this year and when I went to use them they show that they had been used by a Paypal account in September.  This is ridiculous and Amex won't do anything about it since it wasn't reported before the funds were transferred.  I hope Paypal will help me track this down to get my money back. ... To report a transaction that doesn't appear on your PayPal account, you'll want to reach out to our Customer Support right away. You can contact Customer Support by going to our website and selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any page. I also recommend reaching out to family members or friends to see if they may have used your card for a purchase. Because Vinted knows there's scammers on the platform and Paypal is the only surefire way to get your money back if scammed. If you refund it through Paypal they lose money instead of the seller, they don't want that and want everything to go through their refund system cause they aren't obliged to do anything.  ...
