Paypal changes customer address on website order.

I have a Paypal plugin on my Woocommerce website.Some customers find their delivery address has been changed to one on Paypal rather than the one they filled in on the website initiallyIs their some setting causing this? Or are the customers doing so...

PayPal pay in 3 not working

I understand that the option to pay in three instalments is not given to some merchants, but it seems that this merchant offers the option. However, when I try to use it, it just doesn't let me pick it. Can someone kindly tell me why? Thank you
