Was selling something via FB Market Place the buyer claimed to have sent funds via PayPal to which I received an email saying the funds were on hold because my acc wasn't a business acc and they needed to send another 200 to upgrade my account then I was to send 200 to them for the 425 to be released to me. Very naive of me looking back but do I have any recourse through PayPal even tho the payment was sent as friend and family and I have all the email and Facebook correspondence to show its clearly fraud?
