Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
There are several reasons why Guest Checkout may not display:
- Email address not confirmed
- Recurring Payment
- Express Checkout Payment where solutiontype=sole is missing
- The wrong account API is being used
If you still are having issues with Guest Checkout, please comment the merchant id for the sandbox account and I will review the logs.
