Hi,
I am needing support because I am having trouble setting up an automatic payment linking from ebay to paypal, I was selling an item for the first time on ebay and when i was done listing it, first it asked me to sign in to my ebay account to create a Seller's Account. Then it took me to their Set Up An Automatic Payment Method page. And so  I chose Paypal and it made me loggin to my Paypal account and when i logged in it took me to paypal with this error message "Sorry, this feature is not available at this time." and also "You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks." I have a student account on paypal so im thinking maybe that’s the problem? What does it mean? How do i get rid of it? This message is not letting me sell my item and it is really annoying me. If you can please help me out here, that would be nice.

I think this is beyond the scope of anyone but a moderator here, but it is better to just call Paypal Customer Service. They will help you to fix this, something we really can't do.

Hi orellana,

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. The "outdated version" error can happen if you've retained a cookie and it's expired.

I hope this helps!
