paypal transfer policies

Here's the deal for all the new and old sellers. Ebay and their subsidary(sp) have teamed up against sellers. Not only do you have to wait on the convience of buyers to leave feedback, if they ever do, you have to wait for delivery confirmation, thhheennn you have to call paypAL to release the said funds, after delivery confirmation. Giving credit where credit is due, paypal will release funds after a phone call once delivery confirmation is done. However, if u are complacent about it will take the full 21 days, unless positive feedback is received. Transfers to a bank account, due to paypal/ebay policy take EXACTLY 24 hours to show completed, with a few exceptions, Meaning you have to call and raise **bleep** through at least 3 layers of Bureacatic **bleep** to get any hope of Satisfaction. Keep Asking for supervisor after supervisor, meanwhile logging 1st names and employee ID's(these they will supply). Now, reference the above, just because it shows completed(transfers) doesn't mean it's in your Account(checking), that usually takes 24 Hours, after midnight, generaly speaking, it varies. As far as the holds go for sellers, after reading the policy, after 90 days, they will release the holds, if u have been behaving..lol from the date of your first sale. Also, If u ship USPS via paypal, the shipping funds will be released within 10 min. If you ship via UPS via Paypal, your funds will never be released unless you call them AFTER 3 days when the payment clears. Regards
