Also, let me add that I funded this purchase with my credit card. However, when that refund was added to my balance, I requested that it be sent to my address
I believe eBay did this because I opened a case saying the seller did not properly issue the refund, but gave me an eCheck instead. And that eCheck was in a process. But, ebay said the need more time to review the case.
I really do not want to lose this money.
Well I got a eCheck from a seller as a refund. Here is the problem. I sent that amount to my address. Here the problem. It says it has been received and cashed. I never recieved this check, nor cashed it. That money is not even in my PayPal balance anymore.
What should I do.
I am just really scared I might lose my money. If eBay sees that that check has been recieved and cashed, they will think the eBay seller did give me a refund, when they really did not because that check was stolen or something.

Hello Shpati,
Have you tried to contact eBay directly to check the status of the case as well as the eCheck? You can start by calling eBay to check the status of the case and find out where the check was sent. If the refund was sent as an eCheck the money will be sent back to your PayPal account. I hope this helps.
