Why is my Ebay shipping and tracking info not updating on my Paypal account?

For over a month now I have been manually putting in my shipping and tracking information on Paypal because it is not linking to my Ebay account anymore. What happened?  and why is it taking so long to fix? I have contacted both Ebay and Paypal a few times and unfortunately not getting any information from either.  Customer service is so automated.

I am sorry to hear eBay shipping and tracking information is not transferring to your PayPal account. This would be frustrating . Have you filed a ticket with the Merchant Technical Team? If you have not please file a ticket and they can look further into your issue. (Please Note: It is helpful if you have a couple example transactions to include).

I actually have contacted Paypal and Ebay and neither has yet to give an explanation. I continue to get suggestions from both but none of the suggestions are working.  I get a different answer each time from the employees of Paypal so that's why I am now addressing the customers to see if maybe someone has an answer for me.
