already bought items less than 100 dlrs but can buy a 1700 item

I already bought items on eBay using paypal but for some reason I can't buy a laptop... For some reason in the REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE menu I keep getting "Please enter the correct information for the following fields: Sorry, this page is not available at this time AND Buyer and seller PayPal accounts are the same" I already removed on PAYPAL the 500 dlrs limit, and on my banking account I have the Money and on my debit card my daily spending limit is $2000 I NEED HELP!! Please

Same issue, There is a work around if its not pay now. Pay from paypal [But i think thats e-check only].

There seems to be ALOT of people with this issue, and no answers :\.

Upon future inspection, turn out its a bank issue. Most banks cap online purchases, and a short call [1 minute for me] fixes everything.

I'm glad to hear you resolved the problem with the bank, but that wasn't the solution to my problem.

In fact, I couldn't even get as far as selecting a payment method.

But I tried on a work computer with a REALLY old version of internet explorer... and hey presto, it worked immediately.

So I'm wondering if it's not something to do with some clever internet stuff going on in the background of newer versions of web browsers.
