Uprising over arbitrary account limits!

Can this policy be anymore destructive in promoting good business practices among beginning Ebayers.  Of course if they can hang in there for 100 transactions then they may be able to experience quicker cash flow.   But given the history of arbitrary rules at PayPal, you wonder if the future will bring another requirement to replace this rule.

Is there no one else who finds the practice of limiting access to your money appalling; especially  when you have performed all business transactions with exemplary skill and sold quality merchandise.

I speak as a business-person for 25 years and just can't seem to digest this policy and was wondering if. I was the only one who feels this is a penalizing measure.

Your not the only one.

But think of how many newcomers to ebay are actually planning on selling consistently and how many are only going to use it a few times.  But the holds in place are a precautionary measure, like using a cannon to kill a mosquito.  The holds are in place because everyday more people sign up for paypal/ebay and the majority of them are scammers and con artists most honest sellers/buyers have been on ebay for years, it is unfortunate for the newcomer who is here honestly and looking to do good business.
