For some reason just lately when I print a shipping label from Ebay it doesn't show up as shipped on the PayPal listing. Makes it difficult when I go to PayPal to ship non-ebay items to have to "weed" them out from the already shipped ebay items and then have to go back and remove the info and add tracking to the ebay items. Is this a change or is there an easier way to get ebay and paypal labels to reflect the same thing ?

The same thing is happening to me as well; it's as if the information is not updating correctly; it seems as if PayPal and Ebay are "talking" to each other but not when someone uses the shopping cart feature.
If anyone knows how to repair, please provide details.
Thanks!

Why don't you use Paypal for all of your labels? If you know the ones from eBay, then after those are done, the others will be other than eBay, right?

I hope someone has an answer for this too. It is so hard to find transactions that may come through my other websites and it's VERY time consuming. If anyone has an answer to this I would love to hear it.

If just using Paypal for all sales is not an answer, then coding those from your various sales venues might be an answer. Maybe use numbers. That is the way my website works for me.
Use a different number at the end of each title for each different venue. I would not just use one number or the buyer may think you are offering that amount. Suggestion: 100, 200, 300 for different venues at the end of the title.
