RESTRICTION ON INNOCENT PERSON'S PAYPAL ACCOUNT--HELP!!!

My PayPal Account seems to have a restriction on it. On October 8, 2011, I tried to pay my Sellers for items I have bought through the Buy-It-Now option or through bidding. The system would NOT let me pay. I spent my entire day trying to remedy the problem, but no one at Pay Pal could explain to me why the account is restricted. Also no PayPal representative could help me resolve the problem. I have over 100 items to pay for, but I have no way to pay these Sellers. This is a real nightmare! I lost bids on items I needed for my business while trying to resolve the problem, my Ebay reputation is going to be destroyed, I have lost several days of my life while researching and bidding on items I needed and was prevented from paying for, I am upset and f frustrated by this unjustified penalty, and I am prevented from doing what is right (pay my bills) due to some hideous error that no one can explain to me or help me resolve. Needless to say, more trouble is on its way--sometime between 10/8 and 10/10 a large number of Unpaid Item Strikes are likely to be levied against my account, as time runs out on the time limit expectations of each Seller. I did nothing to create this problem. I have been ill and the system states that I had two recent cancellations of transactions (both made in error). One such error was on an amethyst and white topaz ring listed by Silver_Rush_2000. I mistakenly typed $250.78 instead of $25.78 as my bid (Item #230680083104). The other transaction was a listing by a Seller in China ( Item #170704374655) for a blue crab pendant which closed at 99 cents. Both Sellers were understanding of the honest human error and they initiated the cancellations. The enormous penalty I seem to be stuck with is that I am now unable to do what is right--to pay my Sellers, since I am prevented from doing so by PayPal's online system. No one at PayPal has been able to help me. I was given a lot of time-consuming, useless advice by PayPal about how to remedy the problem, none of which was any help. This has caused me to feel stressed and frustrated to my limit! Is there anyone out there that has had a similar experience? Is there someone who could offer advice on how to get Pay Pal to do what is right? Couldn't a hold be put on all of my transactions until this can be straighted out? Is there no one at PayPal who has the heart to help me? Can any other PayPal users offer advice? PLEASE HELP!!! -- Pay Pal User So Far, but completely heartsick about this!

Hello! I"m sure it's not going to make you feel any better but I and alot of other people have had Paypal and Ebay do the same thing to us!  I closed  all my auctions and returned the money people had sent to me and now I have several things that will be "unpaid items" because I have no money in my account to pay for them. At  this point I am concerned with the legality of what they have done!! I NEVER linked my personal banking accounts to either Paypal or Ebay but a lot of other people have. If they can hold or take money out of this account what else can they do with your personal accounts?? If I were you I would break the link between these companies and any other bank accounts you may have. I feel at this point that they are capable and willing to do ANYTHING TO GET MORE MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHO OR WHERE IT COMES FROM! Be careful and be smart and tell others you know to do the same. This may be illegal and there may be something we ALL can do about it but we should be smart in the meantime! Good Luck
