Unable to Receive First Payment from eBay

I sell my first item on eBay for $50.00. I receive an email from PayPal, indicating that I have received payment from the buyer. Cool. I check my PayPal account and the balance is $0.00. I then verified my email address after searching around for a solution. Still a balance of $0.00.

What's the issue? Can anyone help?

Same problem. Paypal works fine. eBay works fine. Pay al will NOT let me log in from eBay to claim payments. Several phone calls to eBay and pay pall and no one can fix the problem. They say it is fine... Obviously, it isn't
