Pay Pal email scams Dec 2010 (unless Pay Pays says they are real!)

I have 3 emails from "Pay Pal" past month saying I won $10, need to update records or security etc survey.  Have not replied to any since the "PayPal link" has a different address from Pay Pal site.  Last one was from an address TOS will not let me post, l and will ignore that email too.  Tried to Chat with Sarah but she must be out shopping, with her $10.  Tried to type season greetings (you know the word, MC) but got TOS on that too.   Date received and first line:

Nov. 2; Identifying Unauthorized Logon Attempts on  02/11/2010: (Error Message NO. SLEEPBOX) Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Dec. 15: Dear Customer, CONGRATULATIONS !!! You have been chosen by PayPal online department to take part in our quick and easy 5 question survey.  In return we will credit $10 to your account - Just for your time!

Dec: 16 (This is has the html look with Logo and a lot other official looking items, including ® on name 😞  

Dear valued PayPal® member:

Due to concerns, for the safety and integrity of the paypal
account we have issued this warning message.

It has come to our attention that your PayPal® account information needs to be 
updated as part of our continuing commitment to protect your account and to 
reduce the instance of fraud on our website. If you could please take 5-10 minutes 
out of your online experience and update your personal records you will not run into 
any future problems with the online service.
