This is what it says on my summary page in Paypal. It came out of nowhere and for no good reason. I have a 100% approval rating and I owe Ebay $182.00 and I was counting on the money I was supposed to receive to pay for it. Instead Paypal goes into my bank account not once but twice so far to pay ebay. Money that I don't have! Now my bank has charged me an NSF fee of $22.50 twice! While my $400.00 sits in paypal's clutches. WTF!!! Anyone else have the same problem? and does anyone know what to do to make paypal cough up what belongs to me?

Once a bill is sent they will automatically debit  the payment source they have on file (you gave them so you could sell).

If you want ot pay by a different source you have to pay befor the bill comes.  How were you planing on paying

If paypal would have released my money when they were supposed to, I was gonna leave 183 in paypal to cover my debt to ebay. The whole thing could have been avoided but now thanks to paypal I owe my bank.
