PayPal using echeck to pay Ebay sellers fees that I did not authorize!!!!

In June, Ebay charged me a final value fee for an item that did not sell. The buyer cancelled the sale claiming the purchase was made in error. Then in July I actually did sell the item and Ebay is charging me another final value fee for the sale.

I have chosen "withdraw funds from my PayPal balance" as  means to pay for my monthly Ebay seller invoices. I did not provide a back up method of payment.

On my PayPal account I have chosen my bank account as a back up method of payment to use for purchases I make using PayPal.

PayPal has now used an echeck to attempt to transfer the fees for my Ebay sellers account from my bank account. The was not sufficient funds so my bank charged me and returned the item. I filed a claim with PayPal explaining all of this and they closed the claim because they didnt even read what it said. Now I got an email indicating they will re attempt the transfer again in 3 days and advised me to make sure there were sufficient funds in my bank account.

PayPal is not authorized to echeck my bank account for my Ebay fees and it even says that in my Agreement they posted in the transaction details.

PayPal needs to reimburse me for a returned item fee that was caused solely by their fraudulent attempt to withdraw money from my account.

Does anyone know how I can stop this. Paypal wont even let me delete my bank account as the backup method because they still show a pending item.

Paypal is once again **bleep**ing us over. They did the echeck thing with me too, but fortunately I had the funds in my bank account. They've never done this echeck thing before and it's ticking me off.

Even payments made to pay for purchases are now echecks.
