Credit cards and debit cards stopped showing up on Funding Options Page - PayPal

I have been a buyer for years on ebay.  Until a few days ago I paid sellers instantly with one or another of the several cards I have on file with PayPal.  On the Funding Options - PayPal page there were several "radio" buttons listing my cards.  These have been replaced by 2 new (to me) radio buttons (1)PayPal Balance and (2) eCheck.  My credit/debit cards are still listed with my account but I can no longer pay instantly for my purchases with my credit/debit cards.  How do I get them to show up on the Funding Options pages?

milessumner-  Ah...you ask a good question and the answer lies within your question. 🙂

I'm assuming (and I know you're not supposed to do that, but anyway) that when you made payments before you never had a PayPal balance.  Our system is designed to use the PayPal balance before anything else, so now that you have money in there the system is giving you the option of the balance or an echeck (which comes completely from your bank).  The only way you'd have a credit card option is if you're trying to make a payment for more than your balance; that would still use your balance but the card would be used for the overage amount.
