I'm not sure if it has to do with fees, that's why I have posted in this forum. I am an ebay seller, and receive my payments on paypal. After receiving my payments, and figuring in the cost of shipping and listing fee, I always have been $0.10-$0.50 missing from my account. I'm not sure what is happyening, and it occurs every time I receive a payment. I suspect it is some unknown fee, but I'm curious and worried because it just recently started happening, like within the past week. And I have been an Ebay seller for about a month. Can someone tell me what's going on?
