ed use of your account -- Action required

I received the following e-mail from eBay:
Problem is, none of it is working. I can't get into my eBay account, and for any kind of tech support to help deal with the issue, I have to log into my account.
I tried resetting my password, and that hasn't worked either.
Any ideas as to what I can do here?
