I have been having alot of trouble logging on to PayPal and eBay since yesterday.
Although I am able to log into Paypal, I have to verify my identity every time, plus, it does not ask me for my security key.
Additionally, I am not able to log into eBay or Half.com at all. I type in my username and password, then my security key, and I get the following message: "You have encountered an internal error. Please try again later. "
I tried Chrome, IE9, and IE8 on two different computers on the same network.
I called PayPal support, and they referred me to eBay support. I called eBay support, and they said they will get back within two days. However, I do have an active auction, as well as active items on Half.com, and would really like to be able to access these sites for buyer communication and to possibly list some more items.
Is anyone else having the same problem, or has anyone had this problem before?
