Please explain to me why, when I purchase something from overseas and the auction shows both their currency and then the amount it would be in USD, that more than what I originally paid was taken from my bank account? Considering that it showed the USD amount was lower than the overseas amount. I checked my paypal account and the exchange rate is lower than the US dollar, not by much, but the US Dollar is still higher. Is Paypal secretly ripping us off? Granted, at this time, it doesn't add up to much, but it's the principal. So what's up?
