help, buyer opened a case due to me not giving a refund. ebay put a hold on the funds(but i had already withdrawn them into my bank account)so it gave me a negative balance. ebay customer support closed case saying that neither of us were at fault, and they gave buyer a refund 'from their own pocket' because he had a bad buying experience. during all of this i could not use paypal due to negative balance, so i payed in funds. paypal sent me an email saying - funds were added to my paypal balance from my bank account, and my money is now available in my paypal account. but me paying in my own money has only taken away the negative, so where is my cash? i have called ebay 6 times and paypal 3 times but no joy. ebay told me i was not at fault, case closed 4th june. i am lost?
