I can't Make a purchase

dear paypal customer services , i;m trying to make a purchase but as soon as i tried to check out in ebay , the system shows me this messages:

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

what can i do?? or somebody could help me...

Yesterday, I could not make a purchase, give me the same error

I had the same problem... You should contact the paypal support. This is the error code #10417. 

Give a look at second post on this forum about this issue
