How do I make Paypal correct issue in their files?

I filed a complaint with my bank about not receiving merchandise.  As soon as the person received the complaint from paypal they sent the merchandise. How do I remove the complaint to clear her record? Also, when she sent the package, I removed the dispute from my bank, but she has not received the money and it won't be released to her?????

Have you RECEIVED the package and is it what you ordered?

Don't close any dispute until you're happy with what you got.

Then, phone the bank where you started the dispute to close it - it'll take a few days for the process to get the money to the seller.
