Just two questions -- when paypal notation on listing says funds not available until..................does that mean I should wait to ship until then (used to get a notice when fees were pending) or do I go ahead and ship. PayPal account has plenty of funds so don't quite understand why the holdup. Also when item is shipped using ebay printing, etc. they still don't show up as shipped on paypal. When I try to manually insert the shipping/tracking information it reverts back to show not shipped. Another question is does this payments pending going to affecft my purchasing power ? i..e. my account shows $500 but $450 is pending funds available. Does this mean I cannot purchase anything on ebay over $50.00 ? Any help available ? I"m really not stupid, just a little foggy this am. I hate to hold up customers packages so long because I usually ship within 24 hours of auction payment.
