I am being told from my buyers that check out via paypal in ebay is not working. I have called paypal and after some pointed questions they said yes there was an issue but would not say more. I would think there would be an outage report somewhere. A way to find out what is going on and when it would be fixed. Im sure there are many people out there that want to get their money and people that want to get their purchases.
