Who is US Search and how did they get $130 of mine. Paypal did well and got it back, but paypal didn't give an explanation. And how do you ever get a real person at Paypal or EBay? Wouldn't you want an explanation?
US Search (www.ussearch.com) is an online investigation company. You can do reverse phone searches and background checks etc.
With regard to not being able to get a hold of some at PayPal...I had a shipping issue yesterday and it took less than a minute for someone come on the line. And she resolved the problem within 5 minis. I was pleasantly surprised, after reading so many posts, where people mentioned its impossible to get a hold of anyone at PayPal and eBay.
