Buyer has confirmed address but is not verified

I recently sold An item on ebay and the buyers address is confirmed however he is not verified. Is this something I should be worried about?

PayPal's Seller Protection Policy does not require the buyer's PayPal account to be verified. 

As long as the payment is marked seller protection eligible and you ship to the shipping address on the PayPal Transaction Details page and you have online viewable proof of delivery, you will be covered for "item not received" and "unauthorized transaction" claims and chargebacks.

I am so embarrassed. I sold a 1988 Happy Holidays Barbie on EBAY..My account never got verified and as now been disabled from papal and I have some poor person who thinks I'm a jerk, because I can't get my back account verified...My login is "ftthr" and I would like to get this fixed and get the money and get the doll to the person who bid on her and won....Of course, I am new and this was my first time.....Please someone help me
