How to create an invoice thru PayPal????

Someone wants to buy an item from me thru PayPal. But he wants me to send him an invoice thru PayPal first before he makes payment. How in the world do I do this??? Thanks!  Jim

There's a Nigerian scam ( several, in fact) that start with "someone wanting to buy something using paypal"

I just want to make sure you're not going to be taken for a ride.
