I can't find the 4 digits code in the transaction info on my bank account, what should i do to confirm my card ?

I had the same issue waited after 2 weeks I requested a paper statement it is still Et mci sale and i check the online statement same no code just et mci sale in the statement how can i refund the deduction?

I understand the confirmation code isn't showing on your bank's statements, @Heeebi and @Yukio23, and I'm sorry to hear about that. I recommend reaching out to your bank's customer support. They might be able to see the code on the backend. If you're able to confirm the card successfully, the charge will be refunded immediately, and you should see it back in your balance within 30 days. If the card cannot be successfully confirmed, we will automatically refund the charge after 75 days from when it was initiated.
I hope you're able to confirm your cards, but if not, that this information reassures you that the charge will be refunded!

Hi megan,
Ive reach out to my bank's customer service they said its "et mci sale" i forgot to mention ive tried this twice which cost me 200 pesos first try was August and second in September, what are the possible options that i can do to verify my debit or refund the deduction?

Thank you for your reply. I'm afraid that the transaction that you're referring to is not the transaction that will contain the code. You can learn more about what to look for in this article.

Hi PayPal_Olivia,
Each transaction cost about 100 pesos right? So its 200 if done it twice im afraid u misunderstood me, the first verification no code i tried again after a month it didn't have any code given it's been two months i just wanted to verify my debit card and refund my verification deduction

I'm sorry if there's a misunderstanding. If the charge does not say PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE, then it is probably not the correct transaction. Is it possible that you made other purchases around the same time?
To investigate further, you can contact PayPal Customer Service for further review. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options.

Hi PayPal_Olivia,
No other purchases when i did this "Look for a new charge on your card After you request a new code, disregard your old code and look for a new charge and code. It usually appears within 5-7 business days. After you confirm the card, we’ll refund the amount." After that My account was deducted 100 pesos and the name et mci sales im sure that is Paypal deducting my account After that I've waited 2 weeks it didn't change to PayPal*1234 CODE what is the best thing to do to verify my debit card without deduction?
