readd bank and verify

I am unable to readd the bank which is removed without verifying after the funds are transfered to my account now i want to readd and transfer their funds and verify bank account in paypal but i am unable to add it this popup message is showing (We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.)

same here when i try to chat live Paypal AI Bot chatting and issue still pending

I do understand that you have an issue confirming your bank account. Please get in touch with our Support Team during business hours by clicking on the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get assistance with your query. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

Please provide me with their contact number. When I click on 'Contact Us,' I am redirected to an AI bot, which is not providing a solution. I am from India and applied for bank verification in PayPal. I received small deposits from PayPal, but I did not note the amounts at the time. By mistake, I removed the bank from my PayPal account, and now I am unable to re-add the same bank. Please help.
