I am trying to link my bank account, but I keep getting this error message: "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts." I have tried all Help options and I still can't figure out what the problem is. Please help! Thank you.

Have you had it linked to any paypal account at least x3 times, if so then you would not be able to link it again as 3 times is the max in that banks lifetime.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

lol, it's pretty funny how clueless you all are. paypal is just giving an excuse of an error to make it seem like there's a legitimate reason to not be able to link your banks.
they can decide at random or with "reason" to just not accept one of your banks. for any reason. they can also lock you out of using any payment method - for any reason. but instead of telling you this, they come up with generic reasons for you to try to fix. maybe think to yourself and stop using paypal, especially if you hold any type of balance inside of it at any time (as they can lock your account for any reason, give you a generic error, and stop you from ever accessing that money ever again. read their TOS.)
