i cant add credit card.

can't add a credit card. error text "Your card has been declined. Please try another payment method." The name in the profile and on the card are the same. what to do next? HELP!

I am sorry to know that you are unable to link your card. I can understand this can be frustrating. Please refresh and see once or log out from the application and then see. It sometimes gets linked already and then gives this error. Or I would suggest you to please try after 24-48 hours in a different browser after clearing cookies and caches from your system. There are sometimes technical glitches that block the attempt temporarily. If you are still not able to fix this, I will suggest you contact us. You can find the number to reach us by going to the PayPal website, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact, then clicking the Call Us option.
