Hello, I deleted the visa from my account to link it to another PayPal account, but every time it says that the visa is still linked to another account. Will it take long before I can link it to another account?
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
