Verify bank leaves me with endless loading screen no matter what device I use

Sorry to hear that you're not able to verify your bank in your PayPal account. I would suggest you to try some troubleshooting like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser. If you're using an app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this helps. If the issue persists after trying all these, please reach out to the PayPal support team to get this resolved.
