Hello, My paypal account was put on permanent limitation 2 days ago. I had 70$ negative balance which now i’m trying to pay through bank but because of limitation i’m not getting the option to add money to my wallet. I asked my friend to transfer money through his paypal account and he got an error “Your recipient can’t accept payments at the moment” I called paypal support and they gave me number of collection agency. I called the collection agency and they said we can’t accept payments over the phone but didn’t give me any other option on how to pay. They said I have to add funds to my paypal account which paypal is not allowing. Please help!
