This card is linked to another PayPal account.

I linked my credit card with my old Paypal account, but I closed the old account without deleting the card from the account.

Now I registered a new account, and I can't link this card with it. The app shows:

This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.

The old paypal account is deleted, I can no more login. How can I proceed to link my card with the new account?

Im trying to link my mastercard debit to paypal account but it says it is already linked to another account. Thats not true. If its true how can i know to which account is it linked so i can remove it and use it on my account? Please help asap need to withdraw urgently...

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Does customer service work on weekends? it's saturday right now. And no live agent has replied to me anywhere. I don't know who or where to contact for paypal support. I can't call the phone number because i'm not in the US. Tried calling the other numbers but got a voice mail those numbers dont exist.. It's such a hassle to just link my credit card and withdraw money...

I also have way more problems with PayPal but i'll create separate threads for that. Right now i just want you to tell me how to link my debit card. I tried linking another debit card and it says "Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction".

PayPal's error messages are horrible because they don't provide any valuable feedback on what went wrong, what am i supposed to do etc. It's really annoying and frustrating to work with paypal

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Cant link card as it "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." however i dont have this card linked is there a way to fix this?

yes i had but i removed it and deleted the account
